FC Barcelona have reportedly taken a step toward reshaping their goalkeeping plans, with Espreso reporting that the club have agreed personal terms with Fenerbahce goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic. The report, citing Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, says the Croatian international has settled his side of the proposed move, while Barcelona still need to reach an agreement with Fenerbahce before a transfer can be completed.
The reported structure would see Barcelona pay three million euros plus bonuses for the 31-year-old and loan him to Dinamo Zagreb for one year. Under that plan, Livakovic would return to Barcelona after the loan and take up a reserve role behind Joan Garcia.
Espreso also reports that agent Andy Bara has played a key role in the proposed arrangement, citing his relationship with Barcelona president Joan Laporta. The outlet presents the proposed transfer as an unusual deal that would allow Barcelona to sign Livakovic before sending him to Dinamo Zagreb for the season.
Livakovic remains a Fenerbahce player while the clubs have yet to agree terms. He was involved in Croatia’s knockout-stage match against Portugal at the 2026 World Cup, according to the primary report, and supplementary reporting describes a difficult spell at Girona in the first half of the previous season.
For now, the proposal remains unresolved at club level. Barcelona’s agreement with the player would not make the transfer official unless Fenerbahce also accept the terms of a deal.
