FC Barcelona are now gunning for every single title possible in this final stretch of the season. Every single competition remains open, and the Catalan giants have a fair chance of winning both remaining titles. However, it will require a valiant push from Barcelona to make that happen for them.

Unfortunately, there might be consequences and casualties along the way that are not exactly wanted. For instance, French defender Jules Kounde just recently suffered an injury while playing against Inter Milan and he is now expected to be sidelined for a few weeks.

Big games ahead for Barcelona

Thus, things start to become more complicated for Barcelona no matter how hard they try. With some big games coming up, such as the second leg against Inter Milan and a La Liga El Clasico against Real Madrid, La Blaugrana could use all the help they can get and injuries certainly do not help in that regard.

Recovering player makes an early return to group training

Fortunately for them, there is some great news. As pointed out by Reshad Rahman, 21-year-old Spanish midfielder Marc Casado is already back to training with the team. That is big news, and undoubtedly surprising as well given that the young midfielder got injured literally last month.

Now, he could be seen training with his teammates on the grass ahead of a La Liga clash against Real Valladolid. Considering how positive his recovery has been going, the young Spaniard seems to be physically fit enough to train at a normal level with his teammates again.

Even previously, it was reported that the Spaniard was hoping to return in time for the final part of the season. His recovery was reported to have been going at a positive rate, and that seems to have worked out well for him if he is able to train as he is currently doing.

While it is still too early to establish when exactly he might be back on the pitch again, early signs are indeed positive. Over the next few days or possibly weeks, Barcelona will likely have a better idea of when the player can actually make a full return to be available for Hansi Flick again.
