The FC Barcelona players and fans are equally ecstatic after having won the Copa del Rey with a 3-2 win over Real Madrid in the final last Saturday.

However, the Blaugranes were unable to celebrate this victory as much as they would have wanted to, mainly because they are still competing for two other big trophies, and have a crucial match in the UEFA Champions League against Inter Milan on Wednesday.

As opposed to the Catalans, the Italians are coming into this game in quite a poor form, having lost all of their last three games, and these losses proved to be quite painful as a defeat to AC Milan ended their cup campaign while another defeat to Roma meant they are no longer the leaders of the Serie A table.

However, as Sempre Inter has reported, the Nerazzurri will still go into their upcoming UCL match quite strongly, as they are going to recover several important players.

One of these players will be the forward Marcus Thuram, who has recovered from an adductor injury and thus will travel with the rest of his team to Barcelona after missing the last three games. His absence in these games proved to be crucial for Inter, as they lost all of these games, and there is no doubt his return is a big boost for Simone Inzaghi’s side.

Similarly, Alessandro Bastoni and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are also going to return to the squad after having missed the last Serie A game against Roma due to suspension.

Lastly, Denzel Dumfries is also fully fit for this upcoming UCL clash against Barcelona. The Dutchman played the last half hour of the game against Roma, and thus, is expected to regain his starting position when Inter Milan step on the Montjuic pitch for a crucial semi-final match.
