With the last year on his contract fast coming to an end, and there yet not being any decision on whether he would continue for another season with FC Barcelona, there is a high likelihood that Robert Lewandowski would leave the Blaugrana club at the end of this season.

Although the Polish forward has not enjoyed as much prominence as he did in his earlier seasons at Barcelona this year, there is no doubt that his stint at the Catalan club has still been quite successful.

This is clear from a report from Mundo Deportivo, which highlights that the Polish veteran has already scored more goals for the Blaugrana side than he did for Borussia Dortmund, the club where he rose to European stardom.

As has been the case with Barcelona, Lewandowski also played for Dortmund for four seasons, and in these four seasons, he scored a total of 103 goals (0.55 goals per game), while with the Catalan club, he has already scored 118 goals (0.62 goals per game).

Similarly, with his appearance in the game against Getafe, he took his appearances tally with Barcelona to 188 games, i.e., one more than his tally for Dortmund.

However, these numbers are still far from the best version of Robert Lewandowski, which appeared in the Bayern Munich shirt, as he scored 344 goals in 375 (0.92 goals per game) matches in 8 seasons with the Bavarian side.
